Talk about a pleasant surprise. While on the phone with Bell tech support FedEX come by the house and drops a package off for me. 
After dealing with Bell (who fixed my lack of channel issues) I opened the package and was surprised to see a pair of Size 13 Sentinel BOA shoes. The ones I have been hoping to get for months now.
Seems they were able to put in a special order to China via California to have a pair of shoes manufactured and sent here. I figured they would have had that ability, just not sure why it took them so long to come to the same conclusion.
I would have liked these shoes earlier in the year, but now is as good as any time, just glad to finally have this claim resolved. 
Finally! Now you can quit complaining. They look nice, I’ve always been partial to the colour green.
