Spoke to North Face again today this time with some good news. They saw that the order was complete and that it should be shipped out today and I should get a tracking number after 1600EDT. After getting that good news and going about my day they called me back and told me they actually shipped out last night and was able to give me a the tracking number. It looks like they may be delivered today.
